There are some pretty interesting aspects in this mod such as the added physical & digital currency systems, a crime rating or NPCs with their own roles, etc. Cities also generate in the world. So it saves a lot of time as you get randomly cities popping up throughout your Minecraft world. That’s nice. Besides, once completed, there will be all sorts of items, blocks, and NPCs for you to create your own cites.
You will need the core module to use this mod. Some other modules such as streets, offices, food, etc can be freely downloaded or ignored. However, if you want to build a big and modern city, you may want to take all of them. Currently, this mod only operates with Minecraft 1.7.10. It doesn’t work with the 1.8 one. So you will need to dial back your version under profile options tab when starting the game if you want to play with this mod installed.
